Figured I’d try this product since it had so many positive reviews and my headaches continue to happen and migraine medicine (ibuprofen, Tylenol migraine, etc) not doing the trick (and I don’t really like taking medicine if I don’t absolutely have to). Even with the reviews, I was not expecting too much. The headaches are something that started happening for me a few years ago and they’ve increased in the number of headaches, and their pain, depending on how stressed I am and also if I’ve been drinking water (that has a big effect on me). So…. I’ve tried several remedies like the standard ibuprofen, Tylenol migraine, advil migraine, caffeine, hydration packs, sleeping it off, etc. and it just has been so miserable to not be able to go many days without a headache and then also not having anything that actually took my headache away. Gosh, I feel for people who deal with this on a more intense level because it’s debilitating. Anyhoo, I ordered this after it was recommended by Amazon the other day and I figured with the number of reviews and high rating and reasonable price tag, it was worth a shot. Ordered it for me and my significant other who has even worse headaches. Started using it a couple days ago and have been astounded by its effectiveness. Just ordered another stick so we each have one. I realize that we have not been using it for very long and so I will try to update my review if it stops being useful but this really has provided so much relief and I highly encourage others dealing with headaches to at least give this a try. I even enjoy putting it on just because it smells good and relaxes me. Our daughter (9YO) also loves the smell of it and rolled a bit on and loved the feeling. I like to roll it literally all over my skull (through my hair, I know, I’m a weirdo but that’s where I feel the pain the most and holy crack it feels like the peppermint and cooking sensation sucks the headache from my skull! I sound crazy 😂) and I also think rolling it onto my neck, a bit on the top of shoulders near neck, behind ears, and temples makes it extra effective for me. Great experience!

I have suffered from frequent headaches for years, and I have tried all kinds of remedies to alleviate the pain. I don’t always like to take OTC medication and recently, a friend recommended this migraine stick essential oil roll-on, so I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, it has been incredibly effective in relieving my headaches. The first thing I noticed when I applied the oil to my temples was the refreshing and cooling sensation it gave me. It was like a breath of fresh air that immediately soothed my tense and throbbing head. The scent of peppermint is also very invigorating and energizing, which helped me stay alert and focused throughout the day. What I love about this essential oil is that it is 100% natural and safe to use, and helps limit the use of the OTC meds. Overall, I highly recommend Peppermint Essential Oil to anyone who suffers from headaches or migraines. It is an affordable, easy-to-use, and effective solution that has made a huge difference for me.

A coworker who uses Migrastil for her migraines loaned it to me one day when I had a headache, and I was pretty surprised by how well it worked! I ordered my own roll-in that night and have kept it in my purse ever since. It’s not a magic product, it’s essentially just peppermint oil, which you could probably buy cheaper in bulk and make your own. But it lasts a long time, and at $11 I find it very affordable. It doesn’t really “eliminate” pain the way an NSAID or acetaminophen does – it’s more akin to Salonpas or IcyHot, using the tingling sensation of the peppermint to “distract” you from the pain. Allegedly the slight irritation of the skin also encourages blood flow to the area where it’s applied, having some additional benefit on relieving pain, but I’m a bit skeptical of that claim (although I may simply be unaware of the science supporting it). In any case, I find that it does wear off after about 15-20 minutes and needs to be reapplied for continued relief.I use it on my temples for headaches and on my neck and shoulders for aches and stiffness there. The size and roll-on applicator make this super convenient to carry around in my purse, and much cleaner, more convenient, and with less of an offensive smell – in my opinion – than Salonpas, IcyHot or Tigerbalm (all of which I also use on occasion). Having said that, it does smell strongly of peppermint, so would not be for anyone who dislikes that aroma. I’ve had my first bottle for at least 6 months now and have a fair amount left, but will definitely be repurchasing when I run out! A simple, safe and natural solution for everyday aches and pains.

I have been suffering with migraines and tension headaches nearly everyday for the last two months. My Dr has prescribed several medications to help, but nothing seemed to work. I decided to try the migraine stick after reading the reviews, because I was willing to try anything. I am pleasantly surprised at how well the migraine stick works! In the mornings when I feel a headache, I roll the stick on my temples, my forehead , and the back of my neck, then I rest for about 10-15mins or so and my headache is gone! I have an appointment with a neurologist two weeks to figure out what’s causing my heady. In the meantime, I will be using the migraine stick to help with the pain. It smells good and it relaxes the tension in my neck!y advice is to anyone suffering with head to give it a try!!
