I am so excited for this product. It’s a fantastic size and I love the varying sizes of the boxes. The numbers are really durable and the Knobs are the cutest. The company also includes extras of both of these. It’s very well build and solid. It will last a very long time. I did choose to sand some of it down to smooth it out a bit, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Some of the other reviews stated the boxes only fit in one spot, and while the couple I tested were interchangeable, I did end up numbering the boxes and spots, just in case. I feel like I definitely got my money’s worth and I can’t wait until I’ve completed decorating it.

I was skeptical just because things aren’t always what they seem. This was a great exception. It is beautiful, sturdy and well constructed! I am extremely pleased especially since I ordered 2. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone. I can’t wait to do my project. Thank you to the seller for being honest and delivering a stellar product!

This is a nice product, but I’d expect it to be sturdier for the price. A couple of the drawers stick a little too, but it still works and serves the purpose. Overall, I’d buy it again.

The quality of the product is very nice. The holes for the knobs were too small to fit in, so we had to use a drill to make slightly wider holes. It was nice that the product included a few extra knobs and extra numbers. Made for a fun Christmas advent calendar!

I struggle to summarize my thoughts on this reusable DIY advent calendar, because while I love how it turned out, there was SO MUCH additional work because this thing just isn’t very well made.What I liked:1. Compartments are way bigger than most advent calendars2. Ability to really customize it, including putting on your own numbers where you wantWhat I didn’t like:1. The knobs were almost impossible to get in. It took my husband an hour and he gave himself a blister trying to get them in. We almost broke out a drill to make the holes larger.2. At least six drawers required extensive sanding so they would properly slide in and out3. The outer edges started to warp and come unglued when painted. I had to totally reglue three of the four corners and then use a clamp to reinforce it until the glue dried. Crossing my fingers that’s going to be enough to keep it together.Overall, I’m happy with what I created here. But it was way more work than at first glance. I’d have rather paid another $20-30 for this and have it be well made, than get it cheap and have to do all this extra stuff just to get it together.The photos I’m including are my finished effort vs the item as shipped (numbers and knobs were inside a drawer and aren’t pictured but were provided).

This is a really good product. I got one for my grandchild last year and made an advent calendar. I purchased another one this year to make one for my other grandchild born last year. The only thing with this package was that the box said it came with some pads but that was not the case. I was not worried about it as that is not why I bought the product.

I loved being able to make my own Advent Calendar, the drawers do stick a little bit but that is easily fixed with some sand paper.

The pictures of this product were so adorable that I decided to spend a little more, thinking the craftsmanship would be worth it. Turns out I was mistaken. Many of the units for the drawers are skewed so that the drawers are not interchangeable in the same size space. They do not slide in and out smoothly even after sanding them all down. I tried my best to make it work but after many hours of decorating the fronts, the few boxes that I could slide back in were so tight that a child would never be able to open it again. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to gift it anyone.I was looking forward to this project but ended up frustrated and disappointed.

Like the product, although it’s rough around the edges, but it came with 20 handles for 24 boxes. What’s worse is I can’t find a way to contact seller or buy them separately.Seller, please get in touch!
