We were very happy to try this product set as we have a soon-to-be one-month-old. We weren’t sure of what to expect in terms of the overall quality, but our initial impression has been great so far!1. The blanket is very soft and claims to be OEKO-TEX certified, which helps to put at ease concerns about the quality of the material. We also put it through the washer (on delicate setting), and it came out fine, so we can attest to the ease of clean as stated in the product description. We would have no qualms about using this with our newborn to snap the milestone pictures.2. The kit is all-inclusive – it really contains everything that you need to leave the perfect milestone pictures for your baby. Even the 40 milestone cards that are included are of great quality and thoughtfully designed.3. The size of the blanket should be plenty big enough to leave suitable photos up to a year, even for taller babies.I also did want to mention that this comes very well-packaged as well – it really would make a great gift in case that was the path that you are considering. While we got the product for ourselves to use, we would have been very happy if this was a gift that one of our family friends gave to us.Overall, we would highly recommend this product!

The quality was good, very soft and is pretty! That photo was taken on a bed so you must take it on the floor while standing on something safe to elevate yourself for a centered photo. Still really nice though..

I am so excited to use this for my grandson (due in 2 months!). I remember with my kids – I had such high hopes of writing everything in their baby books, and I barely wrote down anything. And back then we didn’t have cell phones to take photos of everything.This is a great way to document.The blanket is soft and fuzzy and has a circle with numbers 1-12. There’s a felt circle to put around the number, and then a felt rectangle to put over either weeks or months. Then put the milestone card on there (first time saying mama, first Christmas, etc.), put the baby in the circle, and voila! If you have the time, you can write notes on the back of the milestone card.All of this comes in a box with magnetic closure that is great for gifting.What a brilliant idea to make things easier for busy parents.

Wow–this exceeded my expectations! I bought this for our daughter, who is expecting grandbaby #2. It all comes wrapped in a box with a bow, so is very giftable! The blanket is very soft and hypoallergenic. Our 2-year-old granddaughter loves it because it’s so soft. There are 40 milestone cards that you can use to capture the baby’s life…insert baby on blanket, add the felt markers to indicate the baby’s age, add a milestone card and take a picture that will last a lifetime. I wish we’d had this when we had kids of our own. This is a great gift for new parents!
