Not only was this the cutest jar I saw, I loved that it came with measuring lines and a band to grow with it! The spatula that comes with it is the perfect size for really getting in there and mixing.They included the recipe on how to create your started and the step by step process is perfect for beginners like me! They also had some recipes for bread along with it! So excited to get some fresh sourdough into the house!

I love this! I love that it has the temperature gauge sticker, includes easy instructions, gives you the weight of the jar and has measurements on the jar. Only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the feeding band is very loose and easily moves so if I’m not careful, it will fall or slide up and I’ll lose my starting point. Wish it has some sort of grip on the back to keep it in place on the jar. The spatula it comes with is great too! It’s nice and long and durable so mixing is easy and mess free.
