Get The Most From Your Citrus
Our citrus juicer is designed to squeeze out every last drop from your large, medium, or small lemons and limes. Unlike your traditional glass lemon juicer, these stainless steel juicers let you press out more juice leaving behind only a dry lemon and the seeds. We know from experience, squeezing lemons is a sometimes painful time-waster. The ergonomic design means you won’t spend all afternoon twisting and contorting your hands to get a cup of lemon juice. You can spend your extra time cooking!
Clean, Easy, and Safe
Lemon can corrode away at other materials such as a painted coating, aluminum, or wood. Not so with stainless steel. Your citrus press will never rust, leech, or wear out. Scrub lightly and air dry or place it in the dishwasher. These little tools are so easy you’ll bring them out for small things like cocktails or a little touch of lemon in your ice water. At GreenOlive we wouldn’t sell anything without the stamp of approval from a real Italian home cook. Every product we offer is designed for practicality and home chef approved.

I currently live in Northern California with my husband, Bill, on our family farm with chickens, rescuing cats, dogs and any other animal that needs a home. |
My FamilyIn my family, like many others, food embodies memories and is a vessel to create new ones. I remember vividly while growing up, my Italian immigrant mother and grandmother telling the stories associated with the traditional southern Italian recipe they were teaching me to make. That food-memory connection was passed down, with birthdays smelling of gnocchi and chocolate cake and summers bringing back memories of gardening with my dad. He still carries a knife in his pocket, ready for picking whatever is ripe and ready to eat whether it’s fruit or vegetables. We especially love eating tomatoes from the vine and feeling the juice run down our faces. |
Uncomplicated Italian CookingAt GreenOlive, our goal is to provide great products that will enable you to make flavorful memories with your families. All of my products are tested in my kitchen as well as my family and friends’ kitchens to ensure they are designed and perform to what I consider the highest standard “a home kitchen.” I’ve been cooking Italian food my whole life, having grown up in my parents’ Italian restaurant “La Dolce Vita.” After creating GreenOlive, I started a Youtube channel featuring my family recipes like home made pizza dough, Italian “polpette” meatballs, and home made marinara sauce. I use lemon / lime squeezers several times a day. After buying many cheap quality yellow / green ones that are all the same or almost all the same that chip and the piece that holds the thing together rusts ( in just a few months ) this one is well built and strong.

Well made product. Seems to be very sturdy so it will (hopefully) last a long time. Really like the larger size (compared to most other hand squeezers). It can even acomodate small oranges for juicing.

This juice squeezer is rock solid and hefty. A reviewer mentioned bending their juicer which is puzzling. I’m a rather strong person and I can’t bend the handles (I tried, see below, until I realized I was hitting a hard stop). When I first started to use this squeezer, I was squeezing limes and found that the juicer seemed to stop and not squeeze the lime all the way. I squeezed rather hard until I realized I was hitting a physical stop designed into the juicer. I measured with a toothpick and there seemed to be a 1/4 inch to 1/8 inch gap between top and bottom parts. I reached out to the manufacturer who stated that the slight gap was intentional. Without the gap, they claimed that the squeezer would also squeeze the rind too much and induce a bitterness from the rind. Very very small things like limes, I simply double them up if they aren’t juicing enough (bitterness be darned).Overall, these seems like a product that will last a while in the kitchen. Just takes some getting used to.I hope this helps you.

This Lemon Squeezer Is very sturdy. I never saw this quality level in any of our local stores. I highly recommend it.

Put half a lime in it (cut side down). Squeezed. Not much juice. Squeezed harder. Still not much juice and the handle is now bent. That was the very first use. A lot of these things have similar bad reviews. This one cost more than a lot of the others, looked heavier and more solid, and has no paint to chip off. It might actually be good for juicing an orange. It is big enough for one. But it’s not strong enough for limes in my experience. Probably not lemons either.

I was very anxious to use this new juicer when it arrived. Its very heavy. To wash it you just open it up and put it in the dishwasher. Prior to this I had been using a “twist” juicer. The new juicer did produce some juice but when I took that same lime and used my twist juicer it produced quite a bit more. The new one works fast but I don’t want to waste juice.

Easy to use, and works! I like squeezing this way rather than my old twist type juicer. To clean I just put in the dishwasher.

So much larger than I expected! What a great deal!
